Refund Policy
We are happy to accept returns
purchased from SecilStore within 15 days from the delivery date. To return your
order, all you need to do is to submit a return request through your account
page or through contacting us by Email.
All you have to do is to return your order with the same cargo company that we sent it with. For returns, customers must pay the shipping fee.
Please be aware that custom fees might apply for some
countries, on returns which must be paid by the customer.
The product you wish to return:
- Must be
unused, unworn and in the same condition in which it was received (should
not have a trace of perfume, lotion, heavy odor or deodorant).
- Must
have all labels and tags still attached and intact.
- Must be
returned complete with all parts and accessories.
- Must be
sent in its original packaging; must be sent in one single shipment;
products that belong to the same order must be returned together. The delivery fee for the return is paid by the customer.
Refund Requirements
To process a return, please email us at return@secilstore.com to initiate
the Product Return Authorization (RMA) required to process a return. After the
confirmation e-mail reaches you, your return process will begin.
You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and
mail it to the address on the shipping label. In the case that you lose your
product invoice, write the following on a blank a paper, place it in the return
package and send, as long as it complies with the current return policy
procedure.

You must ensure that the goods
are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the
product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably
inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
